Kenneth
L. Christensen is the founder of The Christensen Law Firm,
PLLC. He is an attorney at law duly sworn in the State of Utah and
is authorized by the Supreme Court to practice law in all Courts in
the State of Utah. Mr. Christensen has extensive legal experience

Mr. Christensen grew up in Draper, Utah. He and his wife have two girls and are expecting a boy this spring. When he is not working, Kenny spends time serving the community as an active member of the Utah State legislature. He enjoys fishing, athletics and spending time with his family.

Before working for The Christensen Law Firm, Mr. Erickson worked for the law firm of Ellsworth, Moody and Bennion in Las Vegas, Nevada. He specialized in insurance defense litigation and business litigation. As a former attorney for the insurance companies, Mr. Ericksen knows first hand the methods, techniques and strategies used by insurance companies to reduce or deny the amounts of money victims are entitled to. Now he is able to use this information and experience to insure Utah personal injury victims receive proper compensation from the insurance companies for their claims.

D. Russell Hymas
D. Russell Hymas is a managing partner and attorney at The Christensen Your browser may not support display of this image. Law Firm, PLLC. For several years, Russ worked for a national law firm in San Diego, California, where he successfully specialized in commercial real estate. Mr. Hyman acted as the primary attorney on several multimillion dollar corporate contracts before making the switch to practicing personal injury law. Russ is an experienced trial attorney and his practice is devoted to representing seriously injured persons involved in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents and premise liability. His expertise in negotiating and creative problem skills has been a great addition to the Christensen Law Firm.

Mr. Hymas was raised in Bountiful, Utah. Having recently moved from California, Mr. Hymas has gotten excited to get back into skiing. He also enjoys reading, football, basketball and scuba diving. If he is not working, you can find him spending time with his family. He has been married for over ten years and has two children.
