The Christensen & Hymas ‘No Fee Guarantee’

The ‘No Fee Guarantee’ is this: if we are unsuccessful in pursuing your case, you will not pay us a cent. Unlike many other personal injury firms that claim a ‘No Fee Guarantee’ yet hold you responsible for costs incurred, you will not pay costs or attorney fees with Christensen & Hymas if your case is unsuccessful.

Here is what we do charge if we win your case: our fee is 1/3 of the total amount awarded.  If the case goes to trial, the fee increases to 40%, which typically occurs in only 2% of cases. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees at Christensen & Hymas. If we did require the services of expert witnesses or incur other expenses to help in the pursuit of your case, you as the client would be responsible for these fees on top of the 1/3 or 40% at the time of settlement. But should we lose your case, you would not be responsible for these costs or for our attorney fees.

We make sure that our clients know exactly what their net recovery is when an offer is made, after attorney’s fees, costs, medical bills, etc.  Our clients know exactly what they are getting and that it is a fair amount, before we even suggest that our clients accept it.
